Dustin L. Plummer

Dustin L. Plummer is an associate in the firm’s private client division, primarily assisting clients in complex estate planning, high asset divorce cases and wealth transfer issues.  Before joining Mallor │ Grodner LLP, Dustin worked extensively with a number of closely held businesses engaged in commercial and residential property acquisition and management.  Combining this experience with his knowledge of the law, Dustin takes great pride in helping clients obtain the results they want while adding real value to their individual situation.

Recognized early in his career by his peers, Dustin has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.  Dustin is the current president of the Monroe County Bar Association.  He also enjoys sharing his knowledge of estate planning and family law with other attorneys through Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation seminars.

Dustin is deeply involved in the community, devoting a significant amount of time to nonprofit activities.  He has served as a board member for Stepping Stones, Inc., a group providing transitional housing and services to homeless teens, and is the acting president of the board.  Dustin has also assisted as a member of the steering committee for the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce young professionals program.

Admitted to practice law in both the State of Indiana and the State of Ohio, Dustin is a graduate of Wittenberg University and the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.  At Wittenberg, Dustin received the John F. Mitchell Award, honoring the senior male who best represents the liberal arts tradition.  Dustin continues to exhibit these characteristics in his free time, enjoying a vast array of activities ranging from avid sports fan to art enthusiast.
