Jennifer L. Romaniuk

Jennifer L. Romaniuk graduated from Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis, in 2000, where she served as Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review. She received her B.A. in English Composition from DePauw University, in 1994, and was named the Outstanding Graduate in Journalism.

Prior to joining Mallor Grodner LLP, Jennifer managed her own personnel consulting firm and was an Associate in the Labor and Employment Law practice area at Baker & Daniels. Her experience in employment law practice includes general advice and counsel to human relations managers, discrimination investigations and mediations, proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC, and IOSHA, and contract negotiations.
