Katherine A. Harmon

Katherine A. Harmon graduated from Indiana University School of Law—Indianapolis, in 2001. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology, from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1997.

Kathy is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. She was named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, in 2010 and 2011.

Kathy has extensive experience representing clients at both the state and appellate court levels in all aspects of family law, including, adoptions, divorce and legal separation, grandparent custody and visitation, custody and child support disputes and modifications, jurisdictional issues, protective orders, paternity, guardianships, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Kathy was admitted to practice in 2001, and is active in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Since 2001, she has served as a volunteer attorney with the Marion County Court Pro Bono Project and Protective Order Pro Bono Project. She is also a Board Member for the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
