Our Appellate Law Group, chaired by attorney Kendra G. Gjerdingen, provides strength, expertise, and depth to our firm. Our appellate attorneys handle appeals at all levels in state and federal courts in commercial and personal litigation, and family law cases. We understand the important differences between trial advocacy and advocacy at the appellate level and our appellate attorneys are adept at preparing detailed legal argument to persuade appellate judges.

Working closely with our Litigation Group, the Appellate Law Group is able to provide successful and cost-effective appellate counsel both to our existing clients and to new clients.
